Discover how you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of refugees through MCC Manitoba’s unique, cost-supported sponsorship program.

Join us online to learn more about how you can provide support and hope to individuals and families in vulnerable circumstances who are seeking refuge in Canada.

This session will introduce our Welcome the Stranger program – also referred to as the Blended Visa Office-Referred (BVOR) program – a cost-supported way to sponsor refugees with no prior ties to Canada. You'll learn about the shared-cost sponsorship model, the steps involved, and the speed of newcomer arrivals.

You'll also hear inspiring stories of sponsorship success and have the chance to ask questions in a Q&A session, where we’ll address common concerns and provide practical information to guide you.

Whether you're curious about sponsorship or ready to take the first step, by joining one of our virtual information sessions, you will have an opportunity to learn, meet other like-minded people and imagine how your group or community can welcome the stranger. Sign up below.
