This Camp will happen in conjunction with the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) Conference. We will focus on learning what the Bible says about justice, how the Church is called to live justly and what it means for our lives today.

What to expect:
- Envision shalom, embrace conflict and embody reconciliation: Dive deep into the infinite possibilities of creating shalom in your local community through hands-on learning experiences and generative dialogue with young adults from around the country.
- Engage with experienced practitioners: Connect with and learn from leaders in peacebuilding and community organizing, witness their impactful work and explore ways you can replicate in your community.
- Embrace the intersection of faith and justice: Delve into faith and justice, pondering the vital elements that foster shalom, provide opportunity for transformation and bring about reconciliation.
- Experience worship: During CCDA conference, immerse yourself in powerful worship that revives and inspires.
- Explore the Pacific Northwest: Rest and rejuvenate in the beauty of God’s creation, exploring the forest, mountains, water and urban center in and around Portland, Oregon.
We recognize funding is often a barrier for your adults so MCC will be covering all costs of travel, lodging and meals. Each participant will be expected to cover a $250 registration fee. We encourage churches, schools, families and friends to support participants in the registration fee where possible.
