Join in the fun for great food, fellowship, auctions, quilts and collectables and support the relief, development and peace work of MCC!


4:00 PM  Booths & Activities open (until 8:30 PM)

4:00 PM  Feeding the Multitude  (serving until 8:00 PM)

4:00 PM  Live Music in Sunflower North (from 4-8pm approx.)

5:00 PM  Silent Auction Bidding Opens

6:00 PM  Packing MCC Hygiene Kits (goes until 8:00 PM)

Saturday's Events - April 13

7:00 AM  Breakfast served in Cottonwood Court (until 10:00 AM)

8:00 AM  5K Run for Relief @ Rice Park

8:00 AM  Booths & Activities open

8:00 AM  Silent Auction  (bidding open until 1:00 PM)

8:45 AM  General Auction (goes until mid afternoon)

8:45 AM  Quilt Auction (goes until mid afternoon)

10:00 AM  Children’s Auction

11:00 AM  Feeding the Multitude  (goes until 1:00 PM)

2:00 PM  Vehicles & Featured Items Sell at General Auction (time is approximate)
